I just put up an LED lite over my desks. The pull is a articulate plastic and is held on the chain by a small metal piece with a notch to go betwixt the beads. I would like to turn pulls and observe a source for this little slice. Thanks.

Craft supplies has the kit below. Looks like they are turned like to canteen stoppers
This is different from the ones I take done. The pull kits I accept used were 1/4" assurance on the end of a Length of pull chain. An one/viii" through hole for the concatenation and a ane/4" blind hole for the ball. A plug could exist made to embrace the pigsty or the brawl was fine showing likewise.
you can easily make your ain kit similar to the one higher up past turning a wooden cap with a i/viii" hole that you glue(epoxy) a length of concatenation in and the glue it into a turned pull. That receives tchoa with a 1/4" pigsty. A 1/4" drill fleck drilled into a block in a duck and left volition be a mandrel.
I have a step drive center with various diameters i use for thing similar this.

I used to use a pull chain connector as a finish. Drill a through pigsty for the chain and a counter bore in the bottom to have the connector. To get the concatenation thru you lot tin also c'bore the superlative to clear the concatenation.

You can also wrap a thin wire around the chain after it is inserted in your pull to increment the diameter to fit in a c'bore.
With the appearance of the remote controllers for ceiling fans and lights the ones you buy now don't require them.

Check the electrical department at your local habitation center ... in my neck of the woods, Menards has packs of 6 "Contumely Connector Pull Chains" for under $2.

Thanks but I don't demand the kit or anything else. What I need is a very small piece of flat metal with a notch that slips between the beads and and then is pulled into the turned piece. Fits by friction.

I would have a difficult time cut out a piece no bigger than a match head. Don't beverage and rarely have a soft beverage.
